1. These terms and conditions apply to appointments arranged via email, contact form, WhatsApp or telephone.
2. Payments can only be made by cash, credit card or Paypal.
3. Telephone product consultations will be charged.
4. For cancellations not reported within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time, cancellation fees of €30.00-€60.00 will be charged, payable directly to our bank account via bank transfer.
5. In the event of a cancellation due to a missed installation appointment for any reason, a cancellation fee (including travel expenses) of between €10.00 and €80.00 will still apply. This fee is payable immediately on site.
6. By accepting the order, the client waives their right of withdrawal.
7. Quick Fix accepts no liability for damages that occur after completion of the installation order.
8. Claims for free repairs or rectifications are excluded after completion of the order.
